    The 20"x20" are filled with duck feathers.

    The 22"x22" are filled with feathers and down.

    Here is what we recommend:

    For 18"x18" cushions, we recommend 20"x20" inserts

    For 20"x20" cushions, we recommend 22"x22" inserts

    For 21"x21" cushions, we recommend 22"x22" inserts

    This recommendation is to allow you to have well padded cushions.
